    MG Unveils IM6 Electric SUV in Nepal: Premium EV Option Now Available

    MG Launches Premium Electric Urban SUV IM6 in Nepal

    MG, a British carmaker, has introduced its new premium electric urban SUV, the IM6, in Nepal with a price tag of Rs. 74.99 lakhs. Distributed by Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd, the IM6 combines AI-driven technology, luxury design, and strong performance. The SUV is now open for test drives and bookings at MG showrooms.

    Next-Generation EV Vision

    The "IM" in IM6 stands for Intelligence in Motion, reflecting MG's parent company, SAIC Motor Corporation of China's, next-generation EV vision. According to Paramount Motors General Manager Sunil Bahadur Kshetri, the IM6 represents "a smarter, more intuitive driving experience with long-range capability and advanced AI systems, marking a new era of EVs in Nepal."

    Performance and Features

    Powered by a 75kWh LFP battery, the IM6 delivers up to 505 km on the NEDC cycle (450 km WLTP) and is driven by a 109 kW Hurricane motor producing 450 Nm of torque, with a top speed of 200 km/h. It integrates features like Rainy Night Mode, One-Touch Intelligent Adaptive Drive (IAD) system, and a full ADAS safety suite. The premium interior is equipped with ventilated wireless charging, ultra-soft synthetic leather seats, and 20-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels with PIRELLI Scorpion tires.

    Enhanced Connectivity with iSMART App

    MG's iSMART app enhances connectivity, allowing users to pre-cool the cabin, heat seats, check battery status, or track the car in crowded areas directly from their smartphones.
