    Jinpeng Lingbox EC01 Electric Hatchback Launches in Nepal

    The Jinpeng Lingbox EC01, a compact electric hatchback, has officially entered the Nepali market, offering two variants for customers to choose from. The base variant is priced at Rs. 19.99 lakh, with a special NADA Auto Show offer of Rs. 18.99 lakh. The premium variant, on the other hand, comes in at Rs. 24.99 lakh, or Rs. 23.49 lakh during the Auto Show period.

    Dimensions and Capacity

    Measuring 3,584 mm in length, 1,475 mm in width, and 1,666 mm in height, the EC01 rides on a wheelbase of 2,455 mm. Despite its compact footprint, the hatchback offers ample space for four passengers and a generous 293-liter boot capacity. The company claims an impressive ground clearance of 200 mm.

    Powertrain and Performance

    The Jinpeng Lingbox EC01 is powered by a 35 kW motor that generates 105 Nm of torque, paired with a front-wheel-drive layout. The car is equipped with a 19.2 kWh LFP battery, supporting DC fast charging. In terms of performance, the hatchback can reach a maximum speed of 101 km/h.

    Driving Range

    The driving range varies by variant, with the base model delivering up to 240 km on a single charge (NEDC). The premium variant, on the other hand, extends the range to 340 km.
