    Laxmi Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd., the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Nepal, launched the Creta EV to boost the country's EV ecosystem and alleviate concerns about spare parts, service costs, and long-term support.. The Creta EV features a 42 kWh battery pack, delivering 99 kW (132 bhp) power and a driving range of 390 km, with advanced safety features including ADAS, six airbags, and a 360-degree camera.. Priced at Rs. 51,96,000, the Creta EV is competitively positioned against the locally assembled Creta ICE, which starts at Rs. 53,96,000 after a price reduction of up to Rs. 9 lakh.. Hyundai Nepal is expanding the RE-Lax charging network, which currently includes 66 active chargers nationwide, to ensure reliable support for EV owners.. The Creta EV offers superior off-road capabilities with a 200mm ground clearance and a breakover angle exceeding 17 degrees, the highest in its class.
