Arcfox T1 Launches in Nepal on August 15
The Arcfox T1 electric crossover is set to launch in Nepal on August 15 after customs delays postponed its debut at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. The EV features a 95 kW motor, 42.3 kWh LFP battery, and a CLTC range of up to 425 km, with acceleration from 0-50 km/h in 5.2 seconds. Equipped with Level 2 ADAS and built to China’s C-NCAP safety standards, the T1 offers a top speed over 150 km/h and 30 percent gradeability. Expected pricing in Nepal ranges between Rs 40 lakh and Rs 45 lakh, positioning it as a competitive option in the mid-range electric vehicle segment. The launch expands Laxmi Group’s EV portfolio and adds a new player to Nepal’s growing electric crossover market.

Kia Syros EV Now Available for Booking in Nepal Starting at Rs 37.90 Lakh
Kia Nepal has opened bookings for the Syros EV ahead of its official launch, priced at Rs 37.90 lakh with an introductory price of Rs 35.90 lakh for the first 100 bookings at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026. The Syros EV features a 42 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery, delivering 99 kW (135 PS) and 255 Nm of torque, with a claimed range of 443 km under MIDC testing and CCS2 charging support. The HTK variant includes premium features like dual 12.3-inch displays, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and is equipped with advanced safety features including six airbags, ABS with Brake Assist, and Electronic Stability Control.

Bajaj has launched two new electric scooters, the Chetak C2501 and Chetak C3503, in Nepal at the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, expanding its presence in the country's growing electric two-wheeler market.. The Chetak C2501, priced at Rs 2.81 lakh, features a 2.5 kWh battery with a range of 113 km and a top speed of 60 km/h.. The Chetak C3503, priced at Rs 3.39 lakh, comes with a larger 3.5 kWh battery, offering a range of up to 153 km, and includes a digital instrument display and smart features.

Nevo Q05 Achieves 100000 Sales Milestone in China Before Nepal Debut
The Deepal Nevo Q05 electric compact SUV has surpassed 100,000 sales in China within nine months, achieving strong market performance and becoming the best-selling compact SUV for four consecutive months. The Q05 features a 120 kW electric motor, 190 Nm torque, top speed of 160 km/h, and offers two battery options with ranges of 405 km and 506 km, supported by CATL battery cells and 3C fast charging. Equipped with a 15.6-inch 2.5K touchscreen, 10.17-inch digital instrument cluster, Apple CarPlay, HiCar connectivity, and Deepal’s Tianshu intelligent driving system featuring LiDAR and multi-sensor technology. The SUV will make its Nepal debut at the NADA Auto Show 2026, scheduled for August 25–30, 2026, as part of Nepal’s growing electric SUV market expansion.
