Jetour T2 Nepal Launch October 11 T1 Joining Soon
Jetour is preparing to enter the Nepali SUV market with the Jetour T2 PHEV and T1 PHEV plug-in hybrid models, set to launch officially on October 11, 2026. The Jetour T2 PHEV offers 360 hp, 610 Nm torque, 18.4 kWh battery, and a combined range of 1,100 km, featuring Level 2 ADAS and a 15.6-inch infotainment system. The smaller Jetour T1 PHEV provides 335 hp, 530 Nm torque, a larger 26.7 kWh battery, and a total range of up to 1,200 km, including V2L capability. Expected starting price for the T2 PHEV in Nepal is around Rs. 1.55 crore, with final pricing and variant details to be announced at launch. Laxmi Motorhub, part of the Laxmi Group, is establishing Jetour’s presence in Nepal, including an upcoming showroom in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
Tomahawk EV Pre Booking Starts in Nepal Price Under 65 Lakh Rupees
JSW MG Motor Nepal has opened pre-bookings for the MG Hector Tomahawk EV, an electric SUV set to launch soon in Nepal. The Tomahawk EV features a 69.2 kWh battery, 150 kW motor, and 517 km range, with acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 8.2 seconds. Equipped with a 15.6-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and multiple cabin modes like Nap and Camp. Safety includes six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems, plus V2L/V2V/V2H capabilities. Expected to be priced below Rs. 65 lakh in Nepal, though final specifications and variant details remain unconfirmed.
