BYD has increased prices for its Atto 1, Atto 2, and Atto 3 electric vehicles in Nepal due to rising forex conversion rates, affecting import costs for EVs in the country. The BYD Atto 1 now starts at Rs. 29,75,000, the Atto 2 is priced at Rs. 45,99,000, and the Atto 3 Advanced variant saw the largest hike to Rs. 59,99,000. Despite the increases, the Atto 1 remains the most affordable EV in BYD’s Nepal lineup, while the Atto 3 Superior variant stays unchanged at Rs. 67,80,000, potentially attracting buyers.
